- Cancellations and rescheduling are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours of the appointment, cancellations and reschedules are non-refundable.

- Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. A device with camera and microphone (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) and a stable internet connection are required.
